• Initial Consult.

• Do not exceed Design Service budget.

• Design Meeting to discuss needs, wants and inspiration for the project.

• Design Board and Presentation of initial concepts for the project.

• Provide samples & any shopping needed as it related to the project.

• Revise the design and finalize selections.

• Provide construction documents and drawings, work with Architect/Builder/Contractor to implement design.

• Site visits and checks up to make sure all is being implemented as planned.

• Installation and prepare house for your move in.
